Robb MacDonald begins his first season as an assistant coach with the Union College men's soccer team in 2025.
MacDonald comes to Union after serving as head coach of the men's soccer team at SUNY Adirondack in 2024, helping the team to a 5-9-0 record and a berth in the NJCAA Region 3A Quarterfinals. He also has experience coaching with the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association, working with both boys' and girls' teams for the Olympic Development Program, as well as serving as coach and technical director for the Saratoga-Wilton Soccer Club.
MacDonald graduated from Pitzer College in 2020 with a degree in economics and environmental science & politics, and spent one season with the Pomona-Pitzer men's soccer program.
