Biography
I chose Union for various reasons, including its strong academics and opportunities after college, as well as the people on campus being incredibly welcoming. Furthermore, I believe the tennis team at Union is the best fit for me for the next four years.
Honors and Awards:
- ITA Scholar-Athlete (2023-24)
- Liberty League All-Academic Team (2025)
At Union: Member of the Student Investment Fund and the Economics Club ... a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative.
2024-25: Appeared in nine events as a sophomore … went 5-5 in singles play and 5-3 on the doubles courts … won twice to reach the “C” Singles final at the Garnet Charger Invitational (9/14-15), losing to teammate Solen Bellemare … ended the year on a three-match singles winning streak … was a double winner to end Spring Break against Lawrence (3/25), winning at third singles and third doubles … dropped a combined three games in sixth-singles and third-doubles victories against SUNY Oneonta (4/3) … came back from a set down to win at sixth singles versus St. Lawrence (4/12).
2023-24: Played in three events as a first-year … posted a 5-2 record in singles play and a 2-4 doubles record … won three times to reach the “B” singles final at the Garnet Charger Invitational (9/16-17) … posted a pair of wins at fifth singles and third doubles against Bard (9/20).
Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Laurel Springs School … spent his first two years playing tennis for Springboro High School before moving to South Carolina to train while attending Laurel Springs … went undefeated in GWOC play as a sophomore, earning third place in sectionals and qualifying for the district championships … earned All-MVTC first-team honors … helped Springboro to a sixth-place ranking in Ohio and a GWOC title.
