I chose Union because of the small size, engaging community, and the flourishing track & field program.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in five events … ran the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes as well as tossing the discus … posted season-best times in the 100 (11.08 seconds) and 200 (22.36 seconds) while also earning All-Liberty League honorable mention with the 4x100 relay at the Liberty League Championships (5/2) … posted a top discus throw of 33.89 meters at the Capital District Classic (4/25).

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in five events … ran the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes and also competed in the long jump and triple jump … recorded the team's top triple jump of the year ... ended the season with season bests in the 60 (7.20 seconds), 200 (23.16 seconds) and triple jump (11.88 meters) at the D-III Elite Meet (2/15) … posted a top long jump of 5.79 meters at the Utica Winter Opener (1/17).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets in first collegiate outdoor season…competed in the 100, 200, 4x100, 4x400, long jump, and triple jump…helped set program’s 4x100 relay record twice, with a 41.94 second time setting the standard at AARTFC Regionals (5/15)…broke the 23-second mark in the 200 for the first time with a time of 22.89 at Liberty League Championships (5/3)…a part of program’s top-two 4x400 teams in 2024, posting 3:27.14 mark at Liberty League Championships (5/4) and 3:26.87 time at AARTFC Regionals (5/15)…posted personal-best 5.94-meter leap in the long jump at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…helped secure eight top-five finishes on relay teams, including two wins and three more top-three finishes.
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets in rookie season…competed in the 60, 200, 4x200, 4x400, long jump, and triple jump, …performance in the 60 culminated with a season-best 7.18 run at Liberty League Championships (2/23)…secured season-best seventh-place finish in the 60 at Pioneer Fast Trax Invitational (2/3)…also posted season-best 23.34-second time and ninth-place finish in the 200 at Fast Trax Invite…helped secure three top-10 and two top-five finishes in the 4x200, including a second-place finish at the Utica Winter Opener (1/12), and a top-five and top-10 finish in the 4x400, finishing fourth at Liberty Leagues (2/24) with a season-best time 3:30.11…posted a season-best 12.54-meter leap in the triple jump at first college event, the Suffolk Relays (12/2).
Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Massena Central High School … ran and jumped four years of outdoor track and two years of indoor track for the Raiders … named the Section X Outstanding Sprinter of the Year as a junior … a Section X championship qualifier both indoors and outdoors as a junior and senior … earned the Section X Officials Award as a senior … a National Honor Society student.
