2021-22: Appeared in two meet…Broke 5 minutes in the mile with a 4:56.92 at the Utica Pioneer Invite (2/5-6)…broke 10 minutes in the 3000m with a 9:58.35 at the Springfield College Season Opener (12/4)
2020-21: Appeared in four meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … ran the 1,500 in a season-best 4:41.62 at Middlebury (5/1).
2019-20: Did not appear in any meets during the indoor season.
2018-19: Made one appearance during the outdoor season as a freshman ... ran the 800 in 2:28.89 at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/27).
High School: A 2018 graduate of Glastonbury High School.
