I was looking for a small liberal arts school that had both a good running program and a good theatre program. In both areas, Union really caught my eye.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets, running the 800 and 1500 meters … posted the best 800 time of his career by finishing in 1:56.33 at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/11) … helped the 4x800 relay to a first-place finish and new school record at the AARTFC Championships (5/15), while also recording the best 1500 time of his career with a 3:52.24 finish to place fourth.

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six meets, posting the team's top times of the year in both the 1500 meters and mile … finished the mile in a career-best 4:19.11 and clocked a team-best 4:01.80 in the 1500 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (2/1) … won the mile in 4:25.19 at the Middlebury Snowflake Invitational (1/11).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the 800, 1500, 5000, 4x400, and 4x800…set personal best in 1500 at Liberty League Championships (5/4) with 3:55.17 time, finishing ninth…secured four additional top-16 finishes in the event, including second place at Trinity Invitational (4/20)…set personal benchmark of 15:20.49 and finished third in 5000 at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…helped take sixth in 4x400 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6)…finished 16th in 1500 and was part of 10th place 4x800 unit at AARTFC Regionals (5/16).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets for the Garnet Chargers…competed in the 800, mile, 3000, 4x400, and DMR…began season by setting program record in the 3000, picking up first career win the event with a time of 8:33.43 at Suffolk Relays (12/2)…helped set new program DMR record in 10:17.22 at Tufts National Qualifying Meet (3/2)…followed that with a personal best and sixth-place finish in mile at Utica Winter Opener (1/12)…took third next time out in 3000 at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20) before finishing second in mile at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27)…finished 11th in 3000 at Liberty League Championships (2/24).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets this season for Union … competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m … qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championship (AARTFC) in the 1500m with a 3:55.59 … set the school record in the 4x800m relay at the AARTFC (5/18) and earned a second place finish … won the 1500m at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22) … set a new best in the 5000m with a 15:30.84 at the Vassar April Invitational (4/7) … ran a season best 1:59.12 in the 800m at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/14).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets this season … competed in the 800m, mile, and 3000m … ran a new best in the mile with a 4:26.95 at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25) … ran a new personal best in the 800m with a 1:56.36 at the David Hemery Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/10-11) … raced to a seventh-place finish in the 3000m with a 8:54.39 at the Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20-21) ... qualified for the AARTFC in the 800m … raced at the AARTFC in the DMR that came in second.
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets for Union … ran a career best 1:58.78 in the 800m in the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) and finished in third … ran a 1500m, 4:13.64 at the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) and finished in seventh … qualified for the AARTFC (5/19) in the 800m and ran a 1:56.44 .... ran a leg on the 4x800m relay team that finished in third place at the AARTFC (5/19).
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in 10 meets for Union in the indoor season … best finish of the indoor season was a 2:49.65 fourth place finish in the 100m at the Springfield College Season Opener (12/4) … ran a season best 4:33.63 mile at the RIT February Invite (2/11) … top finish in the 800m dash came at the Liberty League Championship when he ran a 1:59.13.
Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Bow High School … ran four years of cross country and outdoor track and also spent four years on the Nordic skiing team for the Falcons … a National Honor Society student.
