Biography
I chose Union because I wanted to attend a small college with excellent academics and strong athletics, as well as to have the opportunity to study both economics and music.

- Liberty League All-Academic Team (2025, 2026)
At Union: Member of the Union Jazz Ensemble ... Dean's List student.
2026 Outdoor: Appeared in five outdoor meets … ran the 5000 meters three times, including a season-best 16:07.16 at the Trinity Invitational (4/18) … finished the 10000 meters in 35:09.79 at the Liberty League Championships (5/1).

2025-26 Indoor: Appeared in seven indoor meets … ran his best 5000 meters of the year in 16:10.83 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/16) … posted a season-best 4:44.82 mile at the NYU D-III Invitational (2/14).
2025 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets … ran the 1500 meters twice, finishing in a season-best 4:25.79 at the Dan Stimson Invitational (3/29) … finished the 5000 meters in a season-best 17:24.82 at the Liberty League Championships (5/2).

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets … ran the 3000 meters in a season-best 9:35.17 at the Middlebury Snowflake Invitational (1/11) … ran the 5000 four times, including a season-best 16:22.30 finish at the Blue and Orange Invitational (2/8) … took fifth in the mile in a career-best 4:46.03 at the Massasoit Classic (1/25).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets…competed in the 1500 twice and 5000 twice…shaved nearly 13 seconds off initial 1500 time to post personal benchmark 4:24.46 at Trinity Invitational (4/20)…finished eighth in 5000 at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12) before slicing off nearly 26 seconds off his time to register a 16:31.18 time at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in five meets in first collegiate season…competed in the mile and 3000…ran a pair of sub-five minute miles, with season best 4:55.33 coming at Pioneer Fast Trax Invitational (2/3)…timed a season best 9:38.21 in the 3000 to score a ninth-place finish at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27).
Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Newton South High School … ran four years of cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for the Lions … earned the cross country team’s 110% Award as a senior … helped the team to 11th at the Division I state championship meet.
