Biography
I thought the campus at Union along with the community and culture fit me very well. I was recommended Union by a friend and soon realized it was my number-one choice. 2025 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets, running the 800 and 1500 meters … finished the 1500 in a season-best 4:15.14 at the Coast Guard Spring Invite (4/5) … clocked a season-best time of 1:58.88 in the 800 at the Capital District Classic (4/25).

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six meets, primarily running the 800 meters and mile … took third in the mile with a season-best time of 4:36.12 at the Massasoit Classic (1/25) … also finished third and set a season best in the 800 by clocking in at 2:01.41 at the Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/22).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the 800, 4x400, and 4x800…reset 800 benchmark three times, setting a new best at Liberty League Championships (5/3) in 2:00.12…finished 12th at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…part of eighth-place 4x400 group and finished 14th in 800 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6)…on 10th-place 4x800 team at AARTFC Regionals (5/16).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in five meets in first indoor season…competed in the 800, mile, 4x400, and DMR…set personal bests 4:40.84 time and 18th place finish at CNY Valentine Alternative (2/10)…part of DMR squad that scored third at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20) and 4x400 relay team that took home fifth at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27)...also set 800 benchmarks of 2:05.72 and 12th place in Utica.
Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Guilford High School … a four-year member of the cross country and track teams for the Grizzlies … graduated with honors.
