I chose Union because I loved the community and the campus, and I really liked the opportunity I had to continue competing in cross country and track at the collegiate level.

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets in senior spring season…competed in the 800, 1500, 5000, and 4x800…began season with a victory in the 1500 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6)...set personal best in the 800 at Trinity Invitational (4/20) in 1:57.81…finished sixth in the 1500 at Liberty League Championships (5/4)…secured five top-10 finishes in nine events.
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets in indoor season…competed in the 1000, mile, 3000, 5000, and DMR…helped set new program DMR record in 10:17.22 at Tufts National Qualifying Meet (3/2)…set new personal best in the mile with 4:16.75 time at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)…set another personal best in the 3000 with 8:54.04 clocking and took home the win in the mile at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets this season, earning the team's Excellence Award … competed in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m … broke a 42-year-old record in the 5000m with a 14:47.77 at the Liberty League Championship (5/5/-6) while qualifying for the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championships (AARTFC) … set a school record in the 4x800m relay at the AARTFC (5/18) and earned a second place finish … raced to a second place finish at the AARTFC (5/18) in the 1500m with a 5:53.59 … won the 5000m once and the 1500m twice … ran a season-best 3:51.71 at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) and qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championships (AARTFC) … ran a season-best 1:58.94 in the half mile and earned second place at the Vassar Invitational (4/7).
2022-23 Indoor: Raced in seven meets this indoor season as a junior … competed in the 800m, Mile, 3000m, 5000m, and the DMR … clocked a season best 2:00.98 in the 800m at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/10) … ran a personal best 4:19.65 mile at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25) … won the 5000m with a new personal best 15:38.69 at the Middlebury Winter Classic (1/21) … qualified for the AARTFC in the mile … raced at the AARTFC in the DMR that came in second.
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in all six meets in the outdoor season … earned the team's Most Improved Award ... best finish came in the Coast Guard Spring Invite (4/9) with a fifth place finish in the 1500m with a 4:10.06 … ran a career best 15:53.13 in the 5000m at the Hamilton College Invitational (4/2) … career best 10,000m with a 32:38.62 at the Silfen Invitational (4/15) ... ran a leg on the 4x800m relay team that finished in third place at the AARTFC (5/19).
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in nine meets for the Dutchmen in the indoor season … highest finish of the season came at the RIT February Friday Invite (2/11) with a 9:07.11 3000m … season best in the mile came at the Middlebury Invite (1/29) with a 4:33.92 … ran a 2:05.07 800m at the Middlebury Winterfell (1/22)
2020-21 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … posted the team’s top 400 hurdles time of the year … competed in seven different events during the year … ran the 1500 five times, ending the year with a season-best 4:26.56 at the Redhawk Capstone Meet (5/14).
High School: A 2020 graduate of Stowe High School … a four-year member of the cross country and alpine skiing teams and a three-year varsity baseball player for the Raiders … captained the cross country team for two years and the skiing and baseball teams for one year apiece … helped the cross country team to a Division III state title as a sophomore and a state runner-up finish as a junior.
