At Union: Member of the Geo Club ... performed summer research on Isotope Data from Cretaceous Freshwater Bivalves to Reconstruct Paleoenvironment.

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets…competed in the 110 hurdles and 400 hurdles…set a new wind adjusted personal best in the 110 hurdles with a 18.54-second time at the Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6)…posted a new best in the 400 hurdles at Trinity Invitational (4/20) before resetting it the following week at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26), grabbing a top-five finish in 1:02.50.

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets for Union…competed in the 60 hurdles, 200, and 300…came just shy of personal best in 60 hurdles at Liberty League Championships (2/23) with 9.46-second time…set new best in the 200 at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27) in 25.99 seconds.

2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meet this season…Competed in the 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles...Ran a season best 1:03.41 in the 400m hurdles at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1)…Clocked a 18.61 in the 110m hurdles at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/14) which was his personal best…Won the 400m hurdles at the Vassar April Invitational (4/7) with a 1:04.73.

2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets this season…Competed in the 60m Hurdles, 200m dash, and the 4x200m…Ran a season best 9.44 in the 60m Hurdles at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25)…Set a new season best in the 200m with a 26.36 at the Utica Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/4)…Raced to a season’s best sixth0place finish in the 60m hurdles at the Middlebury Field and track Meet.

2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets for the Dutchmen…Ran a season best 110m hurdles at the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) with a 19.60…ran a season best in the 400m hurdles at the Liberty League Championship (5/7) with a 1:04.60…highest finish of the season came at the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) when he finished in third in the 400m hurdles.

2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in five indoor meets this season…Ran a 9.86 in the 60m hurdles at the Springfield College Season Opener (12/4)…Ran a season best 26.98 200m dash at the Middlebury Invite (1/29)

High School: A 2021 graduate of Cherokee High School ... ran four years of track and also played for years on the soccer field for the Chiefs.
