Biography
I chose Union because I visited the campus and was really impressed. It also has everything I needed for my major and I felt like having the opportunity to run cross country was an added bonus. 2024 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for the Garnet Chargers…competed in the 1500 and 5000…set a personal best and grabbed a 15th-place finish in the 5000 with his 17:02.07 time at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in three meets this season…competed in the 3000…posted a season-best 10:17.31 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/12)…finished 20th at the Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets in his junior season … competed in 1500m and the 5000m … clocked a season best 4:44.43 in the 1500m at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22) … ran a personal best 17:08.22 in the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) in the 5000m.
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets this season … raced in the mile, 3000m, and 5000m … ran a season best 5:13.10 in the mile at the Utica Blue and Orange Invite and Multi (1/27-28) … clocked a season best 10:06.02 in the 3000m at the Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20-21).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets … broke 5 minutes in the 1500m with a 4:55.19 at the Silfen Invitational (4/15-16) ... ran a 17:09.44 in the 5000m at the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) … top finish came at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) with a 17:29.12 5000m and tenth place finish.
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets for Union … ran a career best in the 3000m with a 10:37.62 at the Middlebury Invitational (1/29) … highest finish was at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/12) with a 12th place finish in the 5000m.
Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School.
