Union College Athletics

I chose to attend Union because of the size of the student body, its campus and the ability to balance my athletics and academics.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, running the 400 and 800 meters … posted his best 800 time with a 2:05.81 finish at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/11) … ran the 400 in a season-best 52.14 seconds at the Capital District Classic (4/25).
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets … ran the mile in a career-best 4:47.72 at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/7) … finished the 800 in a season-best 2:06.35 at the Middlebury Snowflake Invitational (1/11) … his best 400 time of the indoor season came in 53.43 seconds at the Blue and Orange Invite (2/7).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the 400, 800, and 4x400…timed a personal best 2:07.87 in the 800 and helped take seventh in the 4x400 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6)…recorded a personal best in the 400 with a 52.22 time, finishing 11th, and was part of fourth place 4x400 team at Trinity Invitational (4/20)…a part of victorious 4x400 team at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26)…part of 4x400 Liberty League Championships (5/4) and AARTFC Regionals (5/15) teams that set team’s season best times in the event.

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets indoors…competed in the 400, 800, mile, 4x400, and DMR…helped grab second place in the 4x400 in first collegiate meet at Suffolk Relays (12/2)…timed a 4:50.52 mile at Utica Winter Opener (1/12)…took 16th in the 800 and helped grab fifth in 4x400 at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/26)…helped secure fourth in the 4x400 at Liberty League Championships (2/23-2/24) with program’s season-best time 3:30.11…also set a new 400 benchmark for the third straight meet, recording a 52.70, good for 15th, at Liberty Leagues.

Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Webster Thomas High School … ran four years of cross country and track for the Titans … member of the school-record indoor 4x800 relay … helped the cross country team to a 2021 Section V title and the outdoor track team to a pair of Section V titles in 2022 and 2023 … graduated with highest honors.
