I chose Union because I find having a smaller class size gives more focus and attention to the students, while the liberal arts allows for opportunities to explore different opportunities.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, competing primarily in the 110-meter hurdles … broke the school record again with a seventh-place time of 14.81 seconds at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … earned All-Liberty League honorable mention with a time of 15.41 seconds at the Liberty League Championships (5/2) … cleared a career-best 1.76 meters in the high jump at the Capital District Classic (4/25), the team’s best mark of the year.

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in nine meets, competing primarily in the 60-meter hurdles and high jump … reset his school record in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.46 seconds at the Blue and Orange Invitational (2/8) … cleared a season-best 1.75 meters in the high jump at the Liberty League Indoor Championships (2/28), the team's top height of the year … ran the 200-meter dash in a season-best 23.83 seconds at the Snowflake Invitational (1/11).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets in the spring…competed in the 100, 200, 110 hurdles, and 4x100…broke program’s 45-year-old 110 hurdles record with a win at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26) before smashing 15.00 second mark with a 14.87-second time to win a conference title at the Liberty League Championships (5/4)…had three additional second-place finishes in the event…ran a season-best 23.68 in the 200 at Trinity Invitational (4/20)…part of group that scored second in the 4x100 at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets for Union…competed in the 60 hurdles, 200, and 4x200 relay…posted a trio of identical 8.62-second times in the 60 hurdles prelim and finals at the Pioneer Fast Trax Invitational (2/3) and Liberty League Championship Finals (2/24) to knock off his previous program record…all three times earned him second-place in those meets…scored the win in the event at the Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27)…ran a season-best 23.72 in the 200 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)…was part of team that set season-best in the 4x200 with a 1:33.01 time at Suffolk Relays (12/2).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets this season for Union as a first-year…Competed in the 110m hurdles, 100m, and 200m…Ran a season best 15.16 in the 100m hurdles at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6) and qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championships (AARTFC) in the 110m hurdles…Ran a 11.70 in the 100m at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in all nine meets this season as a first-year…Broke the school record in the 60m Hurdles five times this season…Named Liberty League Rookie of the Week on 12/5/2022…Competed in the 60m dash, 60m Hurdles, 200m dash, long jump, and high jump…Set a season best 8.66 in the 60m Hurdles at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25)…Clocked a season best 23.34 in the 200m dash at the David Hemery Boston University Valentin Invitational (2/11)…Reached a season best 1.66m height in high jump at the Utica Winter Opener (1/14)…Raced to a 7.63 second finish at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/10)…Reached 5.65m in long jump this season at the Springfield College Home Opener (12/3)…Qualified for the AARTFC in the 60m Hurdles.
Prior to Union: A 2022 graduate of St. John's Preparatory School ... spent four years on the track & field team for the Eagles ... earned All-America honors by helping the shuttle hurdle relay team to a second-place finish nationally.
