Union College Athletics

I was drawn to Union because of the many academic opportunities available on campus as well as the opportunity to pursue athletics at the collegiate level.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, running the 200 and 400 meters … clocked a season-best 24.13-second 200 time at the Dan Stimson Invitational (3/29) … finished the 400 in a season-best 52.64 seconds at the Trinity Invitational (4/19).
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six meets … ran the 60 in a season-best 7.42 seconds at the Middlebury Snowflake Invitational (1/11) … best 400 time of the season came in 55.35 seconds at the Utica Winter Opener (1/17) … ran the 200 in a season-best 24.32 seconds at the Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/22).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in three meets for the Garnet Chargers…competed in the 100, 200, 400, and 4x400…set personal bests of 11.70 in the 100 and 24.15 in the 200 and was part of second-place 4x400 team at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…timed personal wind adjusted best 11.82 in the 100 and outdoor 400 best 54.02 at Trinity Invitational (4/20).

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in four meets in first collegiate season…competed in the 300, 400, and 4x400…finished 15th and was part of Union’s second place 4x400 team in first collegiate meet at Suffolk Relays (12/2)…set 37.11 300 benchmark at Suffolk and 53.92 400 standard at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)…qualified for Liberty League Championships in the 400.

Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Saranac High School … ran four years of indoor and outdoor track as well as playing four years of soccer for the Chiefs … captained both track teams as a senior … a three-time Section 7 All-Star and five-time state championship qualifier … a National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society student.
