I chose Union because I knew I wanted a smaller school that would allow me to pursue an engineering degree while also participating in athletics. The community feeling and beautiful campus also helped me to choose Union.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets … ran the 1500 meters in a career-best 4:18.07 at the Capital District Classic (4/25) … finished the 800 meters in a season-best 2:05.15 at the Coast Guard Spring Invite (4/5).

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six meets … ran the 800 meters six times, including a season-best 2:04.03 at the Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/22).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for Union…competed in the 800 and 4x400…timed a season best 2:04.15 in the 800 at Trinity Invitational (4/20)…finished 13th in the event at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…a part of seventh-place 4x400 relay team and finished 18th in 800 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the 600, 800, 4x400, and 4x800…helped score victory in 4x800 and finished seventh in 600 at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20)…set a personal indoor best in the 800 at Pioneer Fast Trax Invitational (2/3) with a 2:03.49 time, finishing 12th…part of 4x400 relay teams that scored second and third place finishes at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27) and Utica Winter Opener (1/12).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meet this season…earned the team's Most Improved Award ... Competed in the 800m…Ran a personal best sub-two-minute 800m, 1:59.78, at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28)…His best finish was fourth place in the 800m at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets this season…Competed in the 400m, 600m, and 800m…Ran a season best 2:04.47 in the 800m at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (2/11)…Ran a season best 1:30.79 in the 600m at the Springfield College Home opener (12/3).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for Union…Ran a season best 800m dash at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) with a time of 2:09.90…Ran a season best 56.50 in the 400m dash at the Middlebury Invite (4/23)
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in nine meets in the Indoor season with the Dutchmen…Ran a 1:32.84 in the 600m at the Springfield College Season Opener (12/4)…highest individual finish was ninth place in the 500m at the Utica Winter Opener (1/15)
High School: A 2021 graduate of the Pingree School ... played soccer, ice hockey and track all three years at Pingree School after attending Wilmington High School as a freshman ... captained all three sports as a senior ... a NEPSAC All-Star and an EIL All-Star honorable mention as a junior ... an honor roll student.
