Union College Athletics

I chose Union for its tight-knit community and the ability to pursue academic topics that I am passionate about.

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six meets, running the 200-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles … finished the 60 hurdles in a season-best 9.25 seconds at the Utica Winter Opener (1/17) … ran the 200 in a season-best 25.00 seconds at the Massasoit Classic (1/25).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets…competed in the 110 hurdles and 200…set wind adjusted personal-best in the 110 hurdles at Liberty League Championships with a 16.79-second time…secured a season-best fifth-place finish in the 110 hurdles at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/26)…ran a season-best 24.71 time in the 200 at the Trinity Invitational (4/20).

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in four meets for Union…competed in the 60 hurdles and 200…set 60 hurdles personal best twice at the Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27), with his 9.17-second time and third-place finish setting a pair of new bests in the event…added a sixth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Utica Winter Opener (1/12)…set another personal best at the Utica Blue and Orange Invite in the 200 in 24.59 seconds.

2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets this season as a sophomore…Competed in the 110m hurdles. 200m, and 400m hurdles…Ran a season best 16.64 in the 110m hurdles at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6)…Clocked a 24.62 in the 200m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28)…Ran a season best 1:03.86 in the 400m hurdles at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1).

2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets this season…Raced in the 60m Hurdles and the 200m dash…Raced a personal best 25.51 in the 200m dash at the Union Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/4)…His best finish of the season was a fifth place finish  in the 60m Hurdles at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (2/11).

2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets this season for Union…Ran a season best 17.31 in the 110m hurdles at the Silfen Invitational (4/15-16)…best 400m hurdles time came at the Liberty League Championship (5/7) with a 1:03.83…highest finish this season was fourth place in the 110m hurdles at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30)

2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in six indoor meets for the Dutchmen…Season best 9.30 in the 60m hurdles at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/11-12)…season best 200m with 25.85 at the Middlebury Invitational (1/29)…highest individual finish was fourth in the 60m hurdles at the Springfield College Season Opener (12/4)

High School: A 2021 graduate of Bedford High School ... ran four years of outdoor track and three years of indoor track for the Bulldogs ... finished fourth in the state in the 110 hurdles as a senior ... a National Honor Society member.
