At Union: Also runs cross country in the fall ... member of the Outing Club and the Ski and Board Club .... a member of Union's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets in final season…competed in the 1500 and 5000…set personal best in 1500 both times out with 4:09.04 time coming in final meet at Farley Inter Regional (5/11)…clocked personal best outdoor 5000 time twice, setting a 15:46.45 benchmark at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12), finishing 10th…also finished 10th at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26) and 11th at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in five meets for Union…competed in the mile, 3000, 5000, and DMR…crushed previous best in the 3000 by almost 30 seconds in first 3000 in over a year with a 8:52.22 time at Utica Winter Opener (1/12), tying a career best seventh-place finish in the event…set a personal best in the mile at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20) with a 4:45.80 time…smashed another personal best by almost 25 seconds with a 15:40.89 time in the 5000 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets this season for Union as a junior … competed in the 1500m and the 5000m … ran a personal best 16:04.95 and finished in fifth at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) in the 5000m … clocked a season best 4:20.92 in the 1500m at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in five meets this season … competed in the mile, 3000m, and the 5000m … ran a season best 9:21.73 at the Springfield College Home Opener (12/3) in the 3000m … ran a 4:46.16 in the mile at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/10) … ran a season-best in the 5000m with a 16:07.17 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/14)
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for Union … ran a season-best 4:20.52 in the 1500m at the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) … his best finish was third place in the 5000m with a 16:37.73 at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23).
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in six meets in the indoor season … ran two season bests at Middlebury Winterfell (1/22) in the 800m 2:14.52 and mile with a 4:51.91 … ran a season best in the 3000m at the Utica Winter Opener (1/15) with a 9:25.39.
2020-21 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … posted the team’s top 3,000 steeplechase time of the year with a time of 10:54.74 at Vassar (4/9) … ran the 5,000 five times, including a season-best 16:12.66 at Middlebury (5/1).
High School: A 2020 graduate of Saint Dominic Academy … A four-year varsity member of the cross country and track teams and also spent two seasons with the varsity Nordic skiing team … placed second individually in the Class C State Championships as a junior … a National Honor Society student.
