2025 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets … posted the team’s best shot put and hammer throw distances of the year … recorded a career-best in the hammer throw with a mark of 40.49 meters at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/11) … took eighth in the javelin throw with a season-best distance of 51.25 meters at the Liberty League Championships (5/2) … his best shot put mark of the spring came at the Trinity Invitational (4/19), reaching 14.06 meters.
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets … earned All-Liberty League second-team honors with the team's top shot put of the year, a mark of 14.03 meters at the Liberty League Championships (2/28) … best shot put of the year came with a distance of 14.26 meters at the Blue and Orange Invite (2/8) … recorded a season-best mark of 13.63 meters in the weight throw at the Massasoit Classic (1/25).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets for Union…competed in the shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin…registered outdoor shot put personal bests at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6) with third-place throw of 12.97m and RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12) with a fourth-place toss of 13.00m…scored three additional top-11 finishes in the event, including 10th at Liberty League Championships (5/3-5/4)…set new personal best in hammer twice, recording a 40.47m throw at Liberty Leagues, clinching 10th…recorded a top-five finish and two additional top-11 finishes in the hammer…smashed personal best twice, registering 51.65m throw at Liberty Leagues, good for seventh, before recording 54.20m toss at AARTFC Regionals (5/16) to place eighth…secured three additional top-seven finishes in the event in 2024.

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the shot put and weight throw…set personal best in the shot put in three consecutive meets to open season, culminating in a 13.91m throw and first career victory at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20)…scored three additional top-five and one more top-10 finish in the shot put…set new personal weight throw benchmark twice, with best toss of 12.52m coming at Liberty League Championships (2/23-24)…finished in fifth in shot put at Liberty Leagues.

2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets this season as a first-year…Competed in all four throwing events; Shot Put, Discus Throw, Hammer Throw, and Javelin Throw…Threw a season best 12.53m in shot put at the 2023 Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1)…Set a new best in discus with a 28.08m in the Vassar April Invitational (4/7) while finishing in fifth place…At the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6) he set new best in javelin, 48.02m, and in hammer throw, 40.19m.

2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets this season…Competed in the 60m dash, 200m dash, shot put and weight throw…Threw a season best 12.35m in shot put at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25)…Set three season bests at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (2/11) with a 7.73 in the 60m dash, 25.97 in the 2300m dash and a 11.86m threw in weight throw.

Prior to Union: A 2022 graduate of White Plains High School ... played four years of indoor track, football and baseball for the Tigers.
