Union College Athletics

I chose to attend Union because I loved the freedom available in what courses I could take and what I could study. I feel that the trimester schedule also will allow me to pursue more extracurriculars in depth.

Honors and Awards:
- Liberty League All-Academic Team (2025)

At Union: Engineers for a Sustainable World ... Vice President of the Maker Club ... Dean's List student.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets … ran the 1500 meters on four occasions, including a season-best 4:11.28 at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/11) … finished the 800 meters in a season-best 1:58.15 at the Liberty League Championships (5/2) … helped the 4x800 relay to a first-place finish and new school record at the AARTFC Championships (5/15).
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six meets running the mile … finished the season with a 16th-place finish in a season-best 4:29.74 at the Liberty League Championships (2/28).

2024 Outdoor: Competed in two meets this spring…timed 4:21.66 for 36th in the 1500 at Trinity Invitational (4/20) before finishing 31st in 4:24.64 at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26).

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in one meet for Union…raced to a 4:39.57 time in the mile at Suffolk Relays (12/2), finishing 17th.

Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Putnam Valley High School … ran four years of cross country in addition to four years of indoor track and three years of outdoor track for the Tigers … won the Section 1 League 3D Cross Country individual title as a senior … a two-time All-Northern Counties selection and three-time All-League honoree on the cross-country course … helped the cross country and outdoor track teams to League titles as a senior … Valedictorian of the senior class … inducted into the National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, French National Honor Society and English Honor Society.
