Honors and Awards:
- All-Liberty League East Second Team – Shot Put (2021)
- All-Liberty League East Honorable Mention – Hammer Throw (2021)
- Liberty League All-Academic Team (2020, 2021)
- Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award (2020-21)

At Union: Also is an All-Conference and All-Region lineman for the Union football team during the fall season.

2020-21: Appeared in seven meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … posted the team’s top shot put, discus throw and hammer throw marks of the year … threw the hammer a season-best 39.77 meters at Middlebury (5/1) … tossed the discus a season-long 28.20 meters at the Liberty League East Championships (5/8).

2019-20: Joined the team for the winter trimester and appeared in eight meets during the indoor season … recorded the team’s best shot put mark of the year with a toss of 13.48 meters (44’2.75) at the Liberty League Championships (2/28), placing 10th overall … took 28th in the shot put at the AARTFC Indoor Championships (3/6).

2017-19: Did not participate with the Union track teams during his first two seasons on campus.

High School: Named to the First Team All-State squad on the offensive line in both 2015 and 2016.
