2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the 100, 200, 400, 4x100, 4x400, and triple jump…helped set program’s 4x100 relay record twice, with 41.94 second time setting the benchmark at AARTFC Regionals (5/15), finishing fifth…began season in a big way at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6), running a personal best 22.81 in the 200 to finish eighth, playing a part of the victorious 4x100 team, and finishing sixth in triple jump…followed that with second place finishes in the 400 and 4x400 and sixth place in triple jump at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…timed personal wind adjusted best in the 200 at Trinity Invitational (4/20) with a 22.88-second time, finishing 12th…part of victorious 4x400 and second-place 4x100 teams at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26), also finishing eighth in the 400 and triple jump…timed personal best 51.33 in the 400 and recorded a season best 12.85m mark in the triple jump, good for eighth, at Liberty League Championships (5/3-5/4)…also a part of third place 4x100 and seventh place 4x400 groups…helped run the program’s season best 3:26.87 time in the 4x400 at Regionals.
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets for Union…competed in the 60, 200, 400, 4x200, 4x400, DMR, long jump, and triple jump…helped set new program DMR record in 10:17.22 at Tufts National Qualifying Meet (3/2)…came one one-thousandth short of personal best in lone 60 appearance of season at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27), finishing third…posted a personal indoor best 23.21 in the 200 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)…took 15th in the 400 and 10th in the triple jump at Pioneer Fast Trax Invitational (2/3)…kicked off season with a top-20 finish in the 200, second-place spot on the 4x400 team, and 7th place in triple jump at Suffolk Relays (12/2)…helped garner another second-place finish on 4x200 team and took sixth in triple jump at Utica Winter Opener (1/12)…helped run a season best 3:30.11 in the 4x400 at Liberty League Championships (2/24), finishing fourth, while also leaping a season-best 12.89-meters in triple jump to grab another fourth place spot.
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets this season…Competed in the 100m, 200m, and triple jump…Ran a season best 11.53 in the 100m at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6)…Ran a personal best 23.16 in the 200m at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1)…In triple jump, jumped a season best 12.39m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in all nine meets this season…Competed in the 60m dahs, 200m dash, 400m, and triple jump…Ran a season best 7.53 in the 60m dash at the Springfield College Home Opener (12/3)…Jumped a season best 12.65m in triple jump at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25)…Helped set the school record in the DMR with a 10:17.63… Raced at the AARTFC in the DMR that came in second.
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets for the Dutchmen…The best finish of the season was a second-place finish in the triple jump at the Middlebury Invite (4/23) with a 12.37m jump…ran a new season best in the 100m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) with a 11.37.
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets for Union…Ran a 37.43 300m and finished in second-place at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/11)…Season high 12.47m in the triple jump at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/12)
2020-21 Outdoor: Appeared in all eight meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … posted four top-two finishes at the Liberty League East Championships (5/8) … won the 200 dash with a season-best time of 23.38 seconds and placed second in the 400 dash in a season-best 51.34 seconds … also part of the winning 4x100 relay (43.90 seconds) … also posted a season-best mark of 12.98 meters in the triple jump at Middlebury (5/1).
High School: A 2020 graduate of Oliver Ames High School ... spent three years on the track & field and basketball teams and one year on the baseball team for the Tigers.
