Union College Athletics

I chose Union because of the reputation of the engineering program and the College's competitive athletics.

At Union: A summer researcher with Professor Stehle in mechanical engineering.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in three meets, running the 1500 meters … finished in a career-best 4:05.42 in his final race at the Liberty League Championships (5/2).
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in four meets, running the mile and 3000 meters twice each … won the 3000 with a career-best time of 8:36.01 at the D-III Elite Meet (2/15), the team’s top time of the season … ran the mile in a career-best 4:24.31 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/17).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets…competed in the 1500, 5000, and 10,000…broke program’s 43-year-old record in the 10,000 at Liberty League Championships (5/3) with his 31:23.63 time, finishing sixth…set a personal best in the 1500 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6), finishing fourth in 4:07.73…reset his 1500 best again at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26), timing 4:07.20 to finish 11th…set a personal outdoor best in the 5000 with a 15:15.85 time at Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13).

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in three meets for Union…competed in the 3000 and 5000…ran a personal best 8:59.90 in lone 3000 of season at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20), finishing a career best fifth…set another personal best in the 5000, timing 15:11.35 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9), good for 14th…finished ninth in the 5000 at Liberty League Championships (2/23).

2022-23: Attended UAlbany as a sophomore, running cross country and outdoor track for the Great Danes ... took sixth in the 10,000m at the America East Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 31:37.54 (5/6) ... ran the 5,000 in a season-best 15:23.20 at The Dogfight (4/1) ... his best 1,500m came in 4:08.29 at the Capital District Classic (4/28).

2021-22: Appeared in six meets in the indoor season … ran a season best 4:39.29 in the mile at the RIT February Invite (2/11) … finished 14th at the Middlebury Invite (1/29) with a 9:30.73 3000m. 

Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Greenville High School.
