2018-19: Made seven appearances during the indoor season and four outdoors … during the indoor season, ran the 3000 in a season-best 10:05.39 at the Utica Blue and Orange Invite (2/3) followed by his best mile time of the year (5:08.39) at the Colgate Class of 1932 Invitational (2/9) … outdoors, he finished the 5000 in a season-best 16;49.52 at the Capital District Classic (4/27).
Prior to Union: Participated in XC NJ Championship Meets during sophomore, junior and senior years...Named to First Team All-Conference in XC in junior and senior seasons...Selected to 2014 First Team All County and 2013 Second Team All-County...Named to Second Team All-Conference during his senior year on the Millburn Track team.
