I chose Union because I loved the atmosphere of campus and the opportunity to compete on the cross country and track teams.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in four events … ran the 5000 meters three times, including the team’s best time of the year with a season-best 16:14.10 at the Liberty League Championships (5/2) … also ran the 1500 once at the Coast Guard Spring Invite (4/5), finishing in 4:27.02.

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in seven events, running the 3000 and 5000 … posted a season-best 5000 time of 16:18.73 at the Blue and Orange Invite (2/8), the team’s top time of the year … ran the 3000 in a season-best 9:23.34 at the D-III Elite Meet (2/15).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets…competed in the 1500, 5000, and 3000 steeplechase…set personal best of 4:25.26 in lone 1500 run at Trinity Invitational (4/20)…took home the win in first career steeplechase at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12) before cutting off almost 20 seconds next time out at RPI Capital District Classic to set new personal best 10:35.60 time…finished 13th in lone 5000 run of the season at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets for the Garnet Chargers…competed in the 3000 and 5000…reset personal best in all three 3000 races, culminating in a 9:11.06 time at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)…improved 5000 time in all three events, posting an indoor personal best 16:20.94 at Liberty League Championships (2/23)…scored a sixth-place finish in each event, a personal best finish for the 3000.
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets this season … competed in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10000m … ran a 4:33.26 at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational (4/1) in the 1500m … ran a season best 16:32.97 in the 5000m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) … clocked a 34:45.46 at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in two meets this season … competed in the mile and 3000m … clocked a season best 9:54.66 at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/10).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in all six meets in the outdoor season for Union … ran a season-best 4:27.42 in the 1500m at the Silfen Invitational (4/15-16) … won the 5000m at the Middlebury Invite (4/23) with a time of 16:05.86 … ran a season best 34:04.78 in the 10000m at the Liberty League Championship (5/6).
2021-22 Indoor: Raced in eight meets this season … ran a 2:23.69 in the 800m at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/11) … clocked a season-best 9:39.52 3000m at the Utica Pioneer Invite (2/5) … broke 5 minutes in the mile at e West Point Tune Up (2/19) with a 4:55.22 mile.
Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Columbia High School … ran four years of cross country and track and played one year of tennis for the Blue Devils … team did not lose a cross country or track meet during his senior year … helped the indoor team to three straight Section 2 titles … a National Honor Society student and summa cum laude graduate.
