2025 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets, running the 800 and 1500 meters … took 11th in the 1500 with a season-best time of 4:01.57 at the Liberty League Championships (5/2) … finished the 800 in a season-best 1:58.36 at the Capital District Classic (4/25) … helped the 4x800 relay to a first-place finish and new school record at the AARTFC Championships (5/15).

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six meets, running the mile … finished in a season-best 4:27.82 to place fifth at the Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/22).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets for Union…competed in the 1500 and 4x400…scored first collegiate win at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12), crossing the line in the 1500 in 4:17.53…ran season best 4:15.79 in 1500 at Trinity Invitational (4/20)…part of 4x400 team that finished eighth at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the 800, mile, and 4x400…timed a personal best 4:32.74 in first collegiate mile, finishing 12th at Suffolk Relays (12/2)…set a new best in the 800 at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27), finishing sixth in 2:04.49…also helped 4x400 unit grab top-five spot at Blue and Orange…qualified for Liberty League Championships in the mile.
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets this season … competed in the 800m and 1500m … set a new best in the 1500m at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6) with a 4:07.93 … clocked a 2:06.35 in the 800m at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/14).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in one meet this season … raced in the 800m at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (2/11) where he clocked a 2:06.08 and finished fifth.
Prior to Union: A 2022 graduate of Londonderry High School ... ran four years of cross country and track and field ... Was a three time qualifier for the New England Championship in XC during the 2019, 2020, 2021 seasons ... Finished in the top 10 in 2019 ... a member of the National Honors Society and a third degree Black Belt.
