I knew that I wanted to attend a small liberal arts college, and I was drawn to Union because of the strong academics and athletics. When I visited campus, I loved everything about it.

At Union: Member of Union's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee ... ... Nu Rho Psi Neuroscience National Honor Society ... a 3x Dean's List student ... also runs on the indoor and outdoor track & field teams in the winter and spring.

2024: Ran in eight of the team’s nine meets as a senior … rewrote the school record books for a second straight year, posting the top-two 6K times and six of the top nine in program history … finished in the top-15 of every race except for the national championship, including six top-eight results … started the year by taking third at the Vassar Season Starter (8/30), running the 3K in 10:55.9 … ran the third-fastest 5K in program history with a time of 19:00.7 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational (9/14) … broke her own school record for the first time with a 21:34.1 run at the Connecticut College Invitational (10/19) … earned All-League honors again with a sixth-place run at the Liberty League Championships (11/2) … smashed the school-record again with a personal-best 6K of 21:30.7 to place eighth at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (11/16) and book a spot at nationals … placed 67th with a time of 22:06.9 at the NCAA Championships (11/23).

2023: First women’s cross country runner to individually qualify for the national championships in program history … first USTFCCCA All-Region honoree in program history … first runner in program history to earn All-Conference first-team honors … appeared in eight meets for the Garnet Chargers in her junior season … was Union’s top finisher each time … finished in the top-10 six times and top-20 once more … posted top-five and six of the top-seven 6k times in program history … best 6k time was 21:34.8 at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (11/11), almost 1:43 better than the program 6k record coming into the season.

2022: Appeared in all seven meets for Union in her second season … Dacey was the team’s top finisher in every race for Union … best finish of the season was at the Aldrich Invitational (9/17) when she ran a 17:10.8 and finished in third place … ran a personal best 19:41.7 5k at the James Earley Invitational (10/8) and finished 18th overall … raced to a personal-best 23:42.3 6k at the Liberty League Cross Country Championships (10/29) where she finished in 16th place, earning a Liberty League Honorable Mention honor.

2021: Appeared in six races as a first-year... earned the team's Rookie of the Year award ... ran a 20:59.8 5k at the Siena Invite (9/11) … ran a season best 5k at the Keene State Invitational (10/2) with a time of 20:33.3 and finished 26th … finished the season with a 25:11.3 6k at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Cross Country Championship (11/13)

Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Hopkinton High School … a four-year member of the indoor track and lacrosse teams and also spent two years with the cross country and soccer teams as well … earned the Coaches Award during her final indoor season … helped the Hillers to a D3 state indoor title as a junior … a National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society student.
