Biography
Union was the perfect fit for me. Not only a great athletics program, but great academics as well. Last year when I a arrived I felt like I was at home, and that is the exact feeling I have. Union is my home away from home and thats what makes it way more special. I have made countless amount of new friends and my teammates are my family. Appeared in 32 games as a junior … recorded a career-high three assists and three points on the season … assisted on Mayors’ Cup winning goal versus Rensselaer (1/15).

2018-19: Appeared in 32 games as a sophomore… had an assist against Lindenwood (10/6).

2017-18: Appeared in 32 of 34 games as a freshman ... made her collegiate debut in the season-opener against Providence (9/29) ... took two shots and blocked a pair of shots at Penn State (10/6).
Prior to Union: Helped her club team, Chicago Mission, to a third place finish in the USA Nationals in 2014 and a runner-up finish in 2017 ... in five seasons, Melone recorded 45 goals and 60 assists ... was also selected for the US National Development Camp in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
