2015-16: Played in all 34 games...Recorded an assist against UConn (10/3)...Had 29 blocked shots and 11 shots on net
2014-15: Played in all 34 games during her freshman season...Recorded her first collegiate point in a 1-0 win against UConn (10/11), assisting on the game-winning goal...Was third on the team and first among rookies with 50 blocked shots...Finished the season with nine shots on goal.
PRIOR TO UNION: McLaren spent the past two seasons with the Ottawa Senators Intermediate AA team of the Provincial Women's Hockey League (PWHL). In 2013-14, McLaren served as an assistant captain and totaled a goal and 11 assists for 12 points in 37 games as the Lady Sen's leading defenseman scorer. Caitlyn's brother, Connor, will be a freshman forward with the Princeton Tigers this fall.
