Tina Ciraulo begins her second season as an assistant coach of the Union College women’s hockey team in 2025-26.

Ciraulo was part of a staff that made an immediate impact in their first season in Schenectady, leading the Garnet Chargers to the most wins in program history and earning the team's first-ever postseason victory. Union finished the season with a 13-23-1 record and won a program-record eight conference games as part of a very challenging ECAC Hockey slate, including the team's first-ever win over a top-10 opponent with a 3-2 win at #9 Cornell University in November. The squad also set new program records for most goals scored and fewest goals allowed in a season in the school's Division I era, while also earning the program's first ECAC postseason honor since 2008 with first-year Karianne Engelbert's All-Rookie Team nod.

Prior to Union, Ciraulo spent six years with the Metro Jets in the USPHL Premier. She made history in the 2020-21 season by becoming the league’s first female head coach, and first female coach to secure a junior hockey game win on November 8, 2020, when the Jets defeated the Wooster Oilers 8-2, on the road.

In addition to her coaching roles, Ciraulo served as the Director of the Metro Jr. Jet girls' hockey programs, where she played a key role in developing the girls' program and increasing participation.

Her coaching experience also includes stints with the West Coast Selects, where she worked as a coach and scout focusing on recruiting and coaching athletes for the West Coast regional teams. Additionally, she has served as a coach with Detroit Little Caesars and Bell Tire, and is a USA Hockey Level 4 Certified Coach.

As a certified personal trainer, Ciraulo is the founder of T2 High Performance Training, in which she provides strength and conditioning coaching and advising for athletes and their families.

Her experience also includes serving as a personal trainer for 5 Star Hockey, where she developed training programs for both travel and house teams. Additionally, she worked at Strictly 2SP Training Facility, where she was responsible for creating and implementing training programs for a variety of sports, including hockey.

Ciraulo was a four year member and 2-time captain of the St. Cloud State University Women’s Hockey team. She graduated from St. Cloud in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Sports Management.
