I chose Union because I've always wanted to attend a school in a small town with a small campus and a great education while still playing hockey at the highest level. The staff all around campus were also very welcoming which helped with my decision. Union is the perfect fit for me.

2024-25: Started 33 games in goal in her senior campaign as an assistant captain...posted a season best 12-20-0 record with career best 3.08 GAA and a .924 SV%...stopped a season-high 47 shots against Quinnipiac (2/15)...broke her own school single-season wins record with her 12th victory of the season in Union's first-ever playoff victory against Brown (2/22)...made 35 saves against the Bears to tie school single-season (3) and career (6) shutout records...broke the school career saves record (3,066 all-time saves) with a 39-save effort against Cornell (2/28) in the ECAC Quarterfinals.
2023-24: Appeared in 31 games with 30 starts as a junior…recorded a 7-22-2 record with a career-best 3.15 goals against average and .892 save percentage…broke the program’s career wins record with her 21st victory at Penn State (1/5)...surpassed the 2,000 career saves mark against Harvard (1/31)...posted her third career shutout at Saint Michael’s (1/1)...stopped a season-high 44 shots in tie at Princeton (12/2)...stopped 53 of 56 shots (.946%) in home-and-home sweep over Rensselaer (12/8-12/9) en route to being named ECAC Hockey MAC Goalie of the Week… five-game stretch from 12/2-1/5 saw Matsoukas go 4-0-1 with a sub-one goals against average and .966 save percentage.
2022-23: Appeared in all 34 games this season for Union…posted a 11-22-1 record with a 3.33 goals against average and a .906 save percentage…set the record for most wins in a single season with 11…recorded 1,003 saves for her first career 1,000-save season…recorded 56 saves in a 4-1 win over #15/14 Princeton (12/3)…played in five games where she made 40-plus saves including two games with 50-plus saves…named ECAC MAC Goaltender of the Week (11/15)...named team MVP.
