Lauren Harkins, a former player at Lafayette College, joins the Union coaching staff as an assistant to women's lacrosse coach Abigail Jackson.
Harkins was a four year player for the Leopards, leading the team as a key starting defender. She also made the athlete academic honor roll and graduated in 2010.
During her time at Lafayette, Harkins was also involved with the equestrian team and many community events including the America Reads program with local children. Harkins had internships with design companies and received a bachelor's in Arts and Art History while minoring in English.
