Biography

Maria graduated from Niskayuna High School in 2006.  As a member of the lacrosse team, she received all-area Junior and Senior years, she was a member of the Empire State team Senior year, and was named Defensive MVP all four years of high school.

Maria competed for the Union women's swimming & diving team in the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons.

Union 2007: Prendergast appeared in 10 games where she had 6 ground balls, 3 draw controls, and caused 2 turnovers.
