Biography
2011:
Melissa was once again named to the Liberty League All Star First Team at midfield. She was 2nd on the team with 64 points and tied for 1st on the team with 48 ground balls. She was also 2nd on the team with 30 draw controls and once more 1st on the team with 45 forced turnovers.
2010:
Melissa was named to the Liberty League All Star First Team at midfield.
2009:
Melissa only played in 9 out of the 19 games but was still able to be 4th on the team with points with 29. She had 11 goals with a game winner and 18 assists.
2008:
Appeared in 19 games.... Recorded 5 assists..... Was 2nd on the team in ground balls with 32, and 3rd on the team with 36 draw controls.
Prior to Union:
Was on the Springfield Republican First Team All-Scholastic her sophomore, juniort, and senior years; Led her team in assists those same three years and helped her team to its first league championship her junior and senior year...Division 3 Rookie of the Year...captain senior year…majoring in Economics.
