Taylor Diffley started her first season as an assistant coach with the Union College men’s and women’s tennis teams in 2020-21.
Diffley came to Schenectady spent the last three seasons as an assistant coach at St. Lawrence University, working with both the men’s and women’s teams.
Diffley graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2017 with a degree in psychology. A two-time All-Capital Athletic Conference first-team selection, Diffley led the Eagles to a CAC title and berth in the second round of the NCAA Div. III Tournament as a senior and also was selected for the NCAA Div. III women’s tennis doubles championships. She finished her senior year ranked 10th in the country to earn doubles All-America honors.
She also earned a master’s degree in school counseling from St. Lawrence in 2019.
