I chose Union because I wanted a small school with a sense of community. Everyone here is so nice and the campus is gorgeous.

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets for Union … competed in the 800, 1500, 3000 steeplechase, 4x400, and 4x800 … reset her program record in the 3000 steeplechase twice, winning the conference title with a 11:18.39 time at Liberty League Championships (5/3-5/4) … helped smash 4x800 relay record by over 12 seconds in final event of season at AARTFC Regionals, finishing third (5/16) … crushed personal best by over eight seconds with third-place 4:48.85 time in the 1500 at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26) … set personal outdoor best 800 time in 2:21.13 at RPI Under the Lights Invitational, taking second (4/12) … a part of third-place 4x400 team at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6) … also took third in 3000-meter steeple at meet … finished 11th in the 1500 at Liberty Leagues.
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in five meets for the Garnet Chargers … competed in the 800, mile, and 4x400 … helped break the program’s nearly nine-year-old 4x400 relay record with a 4:01.92 time at Tufts National Qualifying Meet (3/2), finishing third … set personal best with team’s season best 2:19.27 time in the 800 at Liberty League Championships (2/23-2/24), crossing the line third … set personal best in the mile with her 5:19.54 time at Fastrack National Invite (2/9), winning her heat and finishing 31st in the field of 75 … took third in both the 800 and mile at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27) … a part of fifth-place 4x400 team at Liberty Leagues … also qualified for Liberty League Championships in the mile.
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in all six of the meets this season as a junior … raced in the 800m, 1500m, and the 3000m steeplechase as well … set a school record in the 3000m steeplechase with a 11:50.89 in the AARTFC … qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championships (AARTFC) in steeplechase with a 12:01.65 at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6) … won the 1500m with a 4:57.33 at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) … clocked a 2:31.70 in the 800m at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in five meets this season … ran the 800m at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25), clocking a 2:27.50 for her best time of the season.
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets for Union … ran a season best 12:09.58 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Liberty League Championship (5/6) … won the 5:16.14 in the 1500m at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23) … second place finish in the 3000m steeplechase with a 12:37.05 at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) ... qualified for the AARTFC (5/18) and ran a 13:13.38 in the 3000m steeplechase.Â
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets for Union … ran for season bests in the indoor season in the 600m, 1000m, mile, and 3000m … won the 1000m with a 3:21.27 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/15) and ran a 5:50.95 in the mile as well … won the 600m at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/12) with a 1:41.74 … ran a season best 11:16.18 in the 3000m at the Springfield College Season Opener (12/4).
2020-21 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … part of the 4x800 relay that smashed the school record and took second at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (5/20) … won three of her five 1,500 races this year, including a season-best 4:57.10 at St. Lawrence (4/24) … finished the 800 in a season-best 2:24.60 at Vassar (4/9).
High School: A 2020 graduate of Niskayuna High School … a member of the soccer, indoor track, and outdoor track teams for the Silver Warriors.
