At Union: Co-President of the Garnet Society ... a Seward Fellow and Dean's List student.

2026 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets outdoors, primarily running the 1500 meters … posted the season's best 1500 and 5000 times for Union ... ran the 1500 in a season-best 4:48.56 at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/11) … just missed All-Conference honors with a fourth-place finish of 4:48.95 at the Liberty League Championships (5/1) … also ran the 800 in a career-best 2:25.06 at the Trinity Invitational (4/18).
 
2025-26 Indoor: Appeared in six meets during the indoor season, running the mile, 3000 meters and 5000 meters twice each … had the team's best 3000 and 5000 times of the year ... broke the school 3000 record by over 14 seconds thanks to a 10:16.18 run at the NY D-III Invitational (2/14) … bettered her own program standard in the 5000 with a record time of 18:23.80 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/31) … her best mile time of the year came in 5:22.13 at the Blue & Orange Invitational (2/7).

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets, running the 1500 and 5000 meters … temporarily set the school record in the 5000 at the Liberty League Championships (5/2), then ran a season-best 17:56.80 (second in school history) in the event at the AARTFC Championships (5/15) … set a season-best in the 1500 by finishing in 4:53.34 at the Capital District Classic (4/25).
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets, running the mile, 3000 meters and 5000 meters … posted the team’s top 3000 and 5000 times of the season … took second in the 3000 at the D-III Elite Meet (2/15) with a season-best time of 10:31.58 … finished the mile in a season-best 5:17.36 at the Blue and Orange Invite (2/8) … posted a season-best time of 18:30.85 in the 5000 to earn All-Liberty League honorable mention at the Liberty League Championships (2/28).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets in the spring…competed in the 1500 and 5000…scored first collegiate win in the 1500 at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…reset personal best in the 1500 twice, breaking the five minute mark with a 4:59.95 time at Farley Inter Regional (5/11)…added two top-10s and a top-15 finish in the event…trimmed over 43 seconds off personal best to set new standard in the 5000 at Liberty League Championships (5/4).

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets in her rookie season…competed in the mile, 3000, and 5000…grabbed second in her first collegiate 5000 in 19:55.72 at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20)…took 10th with 5:37.55 mile at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27)…finished inside top-20 in her first two collegiate 3000s before trimming over 24 seconds off to time personal best 11:01.24 at Fastrack National Invite (2/9)…qualified for Liberty League Championships in the 3000.

Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Wyoming Seminary … ran cross country for the Blue Knights … named team MVP in all four years … captained the team as a senior … earned high honors all four years.
