2025 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets, primarily running the 1500 meters … posted the best 1500 time of her career with a 4:541.41 finish at the Liberty League Championships (5/2) … also ran the 800 meters in a career-best 2:28.49 at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/11).

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in three meets, running the mile twice and the 3000 meters once … finished the mile in a season-best 5:45.00 at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/7) … ran the 3000 in 11:30.42 at the Utica Winter Opener (1/17).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets … competed in the 1500, 5000, and 4x800 … helped smash program’s 4x800 relay record by over 12 seconds in final event of season at AARTFC Regionals (5/16), finishing third … slashed nine seconds off previous personal best in the 1500 to set new standard of 4:56.98 at Trinity Invitational (4/20), finishing fifth … set personal outdoor best in the 5000 at Liberty League Championships (5/4) with 19:17.18 time … finished fourth in the 5000 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in five meets … competed in the mile, 3000 and 5000 … set new personal bests in each event … trimmed nearly 20 seconds off personal best in the mile to set new benchmark of 5:27.99 while matching her best finish of fourth at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27) … cut over 36 seconds off 3000 best with 11:00.81 time at Utica Winter Opener (1/12), placing 12th … slashed nearly 50 seconds off previous 5000 best with a 19:08.87 time at Fastrack National Invite (2/9) to take ninth … qualified for Liberty League Championships in the mile and 5000.
2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets this season as a sophomore … raced in the 1500m and the 5000m … ran a season best 20:15.43 at the Liberty League Championships (5/5-6) … clocked a season best 5:20.20 in the 1500m at the Vassar April Invitational (4/7).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in three meets … competed in the mile and ran a season best 5:47.36 at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (2/11).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets in the outdoor season for Union … her highest finish of the season was in the 1500m in second place at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23) where she also set a new best in the event with a 5:19.36 … ran a best 11:36.93 in the 3000m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) … ran a season best 19:58.52 in the 5000m at the Silfen Invitational (4/15).
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in eight indoor meets … ran a seasons best 5:51.18 in the mile at the West Point Tune Up (2/19) … broke the 2:40 mark in the 800m this season with a 2:38.16 at the Utica Pioneer Invite (2/5) … ran a 3:26.10 in the 1000m at the Middlebury Invite (1/29).
Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Newburyport High School … a four-year member of the cross country and track teams for the Clippers.
