Union offered me the opportunity to explore my interests academically while continuing my track training. However, it was the sense of community that made me know Union was the place for me.

2024 Outdoor: Appeared at six events outdoors … ran the 400 hurdles and 4x400 in addition to the high jump and long jump … helped the 4x400 relay break the school record in 3:58.30 at the AARTFC Championships (5/16) … took fourth in the 400 hurdles in a personal-best 1:06.72 at the Liberty League Championships (5/3) and helped the 4x400 relay to a runner-up finish … also cleared a season-best 1.49m in the high jump at the conference meet ... posted a top long jump of 4.74m at the Trinity Invitational (4/20).
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared at seven events indoors … part of the 4x400 relay that set a school record by finishing in 4:01.92 at the Tufts National Qualifier (3/2) … took fifth in the pentathlon at the Liberty League Championships (2/23-24), helped by personal-best results in the 60 hurdles (10.30) and shot put (6.53m) and a season-best mark in the high jump (1.50m) … posted a season-best long jump of 4.69m for the first time at the Utica Winter Opener (1/12).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets this season as a junior … competed in the 200m, 400m Hurdles, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay, and high jump … earned a win in high jump this season with a 1.43m jump at the 2023 RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) … ran a season best 1:10.86 in the 400m hurdles at the Liberty League Championships (5/5-6) … won the 4x100m and the 4x400m relay the 2023 RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) … raced in the 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay at the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championship (5/17).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets this season … competed in the 200m, 400m, 800m, 1000m, and high jump … jumped a season best 1.46m in high jump at the Spring College Home Opener (12/3) and also ran a best 3:25.13 in the 1000m … clocked a personal best 2:32.38 in the 800m at the Utica Blue and Orange Invite and Multi (1/27-28) … ran two personal bests at the David Hemery Boston University Valentine Invitational (2/10-11) in the 200m (27.90) and 400m (1:01.84).
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in six meets this season for Union … threw a best 6.03m in the shot put at the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) and also finished in second place in the 400m dash with a 1:03.67 … won the 400m hurdles at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30) with a 1:08.70 ... was a leg on the 4x400m relay team that broke the school record at the AARTFC (5/18).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in all 10 indoor meets … ran a season best 45.29 in the 300m dash at the Utica’s Holiday Classic (12/12) … ran a 28.13 in the 200m dash at the Utica Winter Opener (1/15) … ran a 1:46.64 in the 600m at Middlebury Winterfell (1/22) ... jumped a new best in high jump with a 1.53m at the Liberty League Championship (2/26).
2020-21 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … boasted the team’s top 400 dash and 400 hurdles times and the top high jump on the season … ran the 400 in a season-best 1:01.85 and cleared 1.50 meters in the high jump at Middlebury (5/1) … ran the 400 hurdles in a season-best 1:09.42 at the Redhawk Capstone Meet (5/14).
High School: A 2020 graduate of Reading High School ... ran track and also played field hockey and lacrosse for the Rockets ... captained the indoor track team in two of her four seasons ... a National Honor Society student.
