Kaitlyn Kieser returns for her fourth season as an assistant coach with the Union College indoor and outdoor track & field teams in 2022-23.

In three seasons with the program, Union has combined for six conference titles under her watch. At the 2021 Liberty League East Championships, Union combined to win 5-of-6 jumping titles, including sweeps of the men's and women's long jump and triple jump, while senior Dante Scott was named the Field Athlete of the Meet for the second straight conference championship event.

Kieser came to Union after two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at fellow Liberty League school Ithaca College, where she coached one All-American, four NCAA national qualifiers, 17 All-Region selections, five Liberty League champions and 39 All-Liberty League honorees in the long jump, triple jump, high jump and multi events.

Kieser competed as an undergraduate as SUNY Oneonta, where she was a three-time NCAA national championship qualifier in the long jump. As a junior, she won the SUNYAC title in the outdoor long jump and earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors, one of her five All-SUNYAC selections during her career.

Kieser graduated from Oneonta in 2016 with a bachelor's of science in psychology, and also earned a master's of science in exercise and sport sciences from Ithaca in 2019.
