2025 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets as one of the team’s top sprinters, running in the 100, 200 and 400-meter dashes … finished her career with her best 400-meter sprint at the AARTFC Championships (5/15), finishing 12th in 57.86 seconds to post the team’s fastest time of the year … started the spring with a career-best 26.35 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the Dan Stimson Invitational (3/29) … ran the 100 in a season-best 12.90 seconds at the Trinity Invitational (4/19).

2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets … posted the team’s top time in the 60, 200, 300 and 400-meter dashes on the year … broke the school record in the 300 with a time of 43.95 seconds at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/7) … ran the 60 in a career-best 8.28 seconds at the Massasoit Classic (1/25) … helped to break the school record in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:18.34 at the D-III Elite Meet (2/15) … broke 1:00 in the 400 for the first time in her career with a season-best 59.92 seconds at the AARTFC Championships (3/8).
2024 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets…competed in the 100, 200, 400, 4x100, and 4x400…helped reset the program 4x400 record with a 3:58.30 time at AARTFC Regionals (5/15-5/16)… set new personal wind adjusted bests in the 100 (12.89 seconds) and 200 (27.04 seconds) at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26), finishing sixth in both events…improved 400 time each time out, culminating with a 59.06-second time at AARTFCs…recorded two top-five and two top-10 finishes in the event…a part of 4x100 team that won twice and ran season best 50.09 at Liberty League Championships (5/4)…also a mainstay on 4x400 unit that scored two victories, two second place finishes, and set a school record…finished second in 4x400 sixth in 400 and 4x100 at Liberty Leagues…on sixth-place 4x400 team at Regionals and qualified in 400.
2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in six meets for the Garnet Chargers…competed in the 60, 200, 400, and 4x400…set personal best with a 8.32-second time in the 60 at Utica Winter Opener (1/12) to finish a career best fourth…also matched career best finish in the 200 (third) and was on third-place 4x400 team at Utica Winter Opener…scored three top-five finishes in the 400…ran an personal indoor best 1:01.54 at Liberty League Championships (2/23), finishing eighth…helped pick up two more third-place finishes and a sixth-place finish in 4x400.
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in all six meets in the outdoor season…Competed in the 110m, 200, and 400m…Clocked a personal best 58.29 in the 400m at the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championship (5/18)…Won the 400m at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22)…Clocked a season best 13.10 in the 100m at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (2/14)…Ran a 26.71 in the 200m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/28)
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets this season…Competed in the 60m dash, 200m dash, and the 400m…Ran season bests in the 200m (27.25) and 400m (1:01.59) at the David Hemery Boston University Valentin Invitational (2/10/11).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in all six outdoor meets for Union…Ran a season best 13.54 in the 100m at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23)…Ran a best 27.28 in the 200m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30)…In the field events she threw a 18.15m in the javelin at the Coast Guard Spring Invitational (4/9)...was a leg in the 4x400m relay that broke the school record at AARTFC (5/18).
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets in the indoor season…Ran a season best 8.48 in the 60m dash at the Liberty League Championships (2/26) this was also her best finish with 18th…She also took part in the 200m dash and the 4x200.
Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of the Academy of the Pacific Rim ... played softball and volleyball in high school.
