When choosing to attend Union, one major element that swayed my decision was the moderately sized campus, which I knew would create a type of atmosphere with small classes and the chance to establish closer relationships with students and professors. I believe the tight-knit community will help me excel athletically and academically to reach my full potential in my personal and educational growth as a young woman.

2024 Outdoor: Ran at five events during the outdoor season … ran the 400, 4x100 and 4x400 … finished the 400 in a season-best 1:02.06 at the Liberty League Championships (5/3) … helped the 4x400 relay break the school record in 3:58.30 at the AARTFC Championships (5/16) … both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays took first at both the Pioneer Spring Invite (4/6) and the Capital District Classic (4/26) … 4x400 relay finished in 4:00.88 to grab second at the Liberty League Championships (5/4).

2023-24 Indoor: Ran at six events indoors … ran primarily in the 400 and 4x400 … her personal-best 400 time came in 1:01.74 at the Fastrack National Invite (2/9) … part of the 4x400 relay that set a school record by finishing in 4:01.92 at the Tufts National Qualifier (3/2).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets this season for Union…Competed in the 200m, 4x100m relay, and the 4x400m relay…Clocked a 30.62 in the 200m dahs at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22)…Won the 4x100m relay twice at the 2023 RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) and at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/14)…Earned third place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22)…Raced in the 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay at the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championship (5/17).
2021-22: Appeared in six outdoor meets this season for Union…Ran a nest best 1:02.99 in the 400m at the Liberty League Championships (5/6)…Ran a career best 2:34.89 in the 800m at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23)…Highest finish this season was a third place finish in the 400m at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30)...ran a leg in the 4x400m relay that broke the school record at the AARTFC (5/18)
2020-21: Appeared in four meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … boasted the team’s top 200 dash time on the season … part of the 4x800 relay that smashed the school record and took second at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (5/20) …ran the 200 dash in a season-best 28.03 seconds at Middlebury (5/1) … earned first in the 200 (28.36 second) and 400 (1:03.23) and was part of the winning 4x400 relay at the Liberty League East Championships (5/8).
High School: A 2020 graduate of Saunders Trades and Technical High School … was a four-year member of the track & field teams for the Blue Devils … left with the Saunders school record in the 800 meters.
