I chose Union because of the close-knit community I saw during my first visit to campus. The combination of excellent academics and athletics made it seem like the perfect fit.

2024 Outdoor: Ran at six events outdoors … ran the 400, 800 and 4x400 … helped the 4x400 take first with a time of 4:21.46 at the Pioneer Spring Invite (4/6) … ran the 400 in a personal-best 1:00.79 at the Capital District Classic (4/26) … helped the 4x400 relay break the school record in 3:58.30 at the AARTFC Championships (5/16) … crossed the line in 2:22.79 for a season-best 800 time at the Liberty League Championships (5/3).

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in four indoor meets, running the 800 and 4x400 … part of the 4x400 relay that set a school record by finishing in 4:01.92 at the Tufts National Qualifier (3/2) … ran the 800 in a personal-best 2:19.42 at the Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20) … took first in the 800 at the Suffolk Relays (12/2) … posted a pair of fifth-place finishes in the 800 and 4x400 at the Liberty League Championships (2/23-24).
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in three meets this season … competed in the 200m, 400m, and the 4x400m relay … best finish of the season was a first place finish in the 4x400m relay at the 2023 RPI Capital District Classic (4/28) … clocked 29.61 in the 200m at the Middlebury Outdoor Meet (4/22) … raced a season best 1:02.35 in the 400m at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6).
2021-22: Appeared in six meets for Union … ran a seasons best 2:19.81 in the 800m at the Liberty League Championship (5/6) … ran a 1:02.25 in the 400m at the Coast Guard Spring Invite (4/9) … had a second place finish in the 800m at the 2:24.27 in the Hamilton College Invite (4/2) ... was a leg on the 4x400m relay team that broke the school record at the AARTFC (5/18).
2020-21: Appeared in six meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season … boasted the team’s top 3,000 time on the season, finishing in 12:40.69 at Vassar (4/9) … part of the 4x800 relay that smashed the school record and took second at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships (5/20) … ran the 800 in a season-best 2:24.16 to take second at the Liberty League East Championships (5/8).
High School: A 2019 graduate of Ridgefield High School … ran four years of indoor and outdoor track and three years of cross country, and also spent one year on the swimming & diving team for the Tigers ... a two-time All-FCIAC honoree in cross country, when she helped the Tigers to back-to-back FCIAC titles ... also earned All-FCIAC honors once each in indoor and outdoor track ... captained the cross country team as a senior.
