Union College Athletics

I chose Union because it immediately gave me a sense of welcoming and community when I stepped on campus. Its exceptional academic offerings and competitive athletics made it clear I would thrive as a student-athlete at Union.

Honors and Awards:
- CSC Academic All-District Team (2025)
- Liberty League All-Academic Team (2025, 2026)

At Union: A Dean's List student ... member of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity.

2026 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets outdoors … ran the 100-meter dash at every meet … recorded the team's top 100, 200 and 400 times of the season ... broke the school record in the 100 with a time of 12.47 seconds at the Liberty League Championships (5/1) … also ran the 200 on a pair of occasions and the 400 once.
 
2025-26 Indoor: Appeared in five indoor meets on the year as the team’s top sprinter … recorded the team's top 60, 200 and 400 times of the season ... broke the school record in the 60-meter dash on two occasions, running a 8.184 at the NYU D-III Invitational (2/14) and finishing in 8.09 seconds at the Liberty League Championships (2/27) … finished the 200 meters in a season-best 26.73 at the NYU D-III Invitational.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, running the 100 and 200-meter dashes … posted the team’s top 100 and 200 times of the season … broke the school record in the 100 with a time of 12.63 seconds and also set a personal best with a 26.23-second finish in the 200 at the Liberty League Championships (5/2).
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in three meets, running the 60 and 200-meter dashes … finished the 60 in a season-best 8.33 seconds and the 200 in a season-best 28.12 seconds at the Middlebury Snowflake Invitational (1/11).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in another five meets…competed in the 200, 400, 4x100, and 4x400…set a personal best with her 27.12 second time in the 200 at Pioneer Spring Invitational (4/6), finishing fourth…set a new 400 best and grabbed identical seventh place finish at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/26)…took third in the 400 at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12)…a part of two victorious 4x100 relay teams and a 4x400 squad that won twice and scored a second and fourth place finish…qualified for Liberty League Championships in the 400.

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in five meets in her first season at Union…competed in the 60, 200, 400, 4x200, and 4x400…set a personal best with a 8.32-second time in the 60 at Utica Winter Opener (1/12), where she finished eighth…also registered season individual best second place finish in the 400 at Utica Winter Opener…finished 12th in the 400 at Liberty League Championships (2/23)…helped take fourth in 4x200 at Middlebury Winter Classic (1/20)…appeared on four 4x400 relay teams, recording two thirds, a fifth, and a sixth place finish.

Prior to Union: A 2023 graduate of Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest … ran cross country and track and also played soccer for the Norsemen … a National Honor Society student.
