Biography
I chose Union because of its tight-knit and welcoming community. Union’s small size will give me the chance to establish closer relationships with professors and students.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets, running the 1500 meters … finished the 1500 in a season-best 5:28.42 at the Trinity Invitational (4/19).
2024-25 Indoor: Did not race during the indoor season.
2024 Outdoor: Ran the 1500 four times during the outdoor season, finishing with a season-best time of 5:42.89 at the Capital District Classic (4/26).
2023-24 Indoor: Made three appearances during the indoor season … ran the mile twice, finishing in a season-best 6:16.88 at Middlebury (2/11) … part of the DMR that finished seventh at the Liberty League Championships (2/24).
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in two meets…Ran a season best 6:16.88 at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (2/11).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets this season for Union…Ran a 2:48.44 in the 800m at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23)…Ran a season-best 5:31.58 in the 1500m at the Silfen Invitational (4/16)
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in six indoor meets…Ran a seasons best 3:44.39 in the 1000m at the Middlebury Invite (1/29)…Ran a 6:08.76 in the mile at the Utica Pioneer Invite (2/6)
Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Daniel Hand High School … spent four years on the indoor and outdoor track teams as well as three years running cross country and one year playing soccer for the Tigers … captained cross country and both track teams as a senior … a National Honor Society student.
