Biography
I felt a sense of community and belonging at Union that I did not feel at any other school. I knew this is where I would best succeed and grow both academically and athletically. Member of the Environmental Club.
2023 Outdoor: Appeared in six meets for Union as a senior…Competed in 100m hurdles, 200m dash, 400m hurdles, high jump, long jump, javelin, and the heptathlon…Clocked a season best 16.56 in the 10m hurdles at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6)…Scored 3,392 points in the heptathlon at the Liberty League Championship (5/5-6)…Ran a 1:13.23 in the 400m hurdles at the Vassar April Invitational (4/7)…Threw a season best 17.37m in javelin at the Vassar April Invitational (4/7)
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in all nine meets this season…Competed in the 60m hurdles, high jump, shot put, long jump, 200m, and the pentathlon…Ran a season best 29.73 in the 200m at the Utica pioneer Fast Trax Invite (12/4)…Threw a season best 7.27m in shot put at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (2/11)…Placed fourth in the pentathlon with 2,629 points at the Liberty League Championships (2/24-25)…Ran a season’s best 9.76 in the 60m hurdles at the AARTFC (3/3-4).
2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets for Union…Ran two season bests at the Liberty League Championships (5/6) in the 100m hurdles(17.50) and the 400m hurdles (1:11.20)…Highest finish this season was a third place finish at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23)
2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in four indoor meets…Ran a best 10.25 in the 60m hurdles at the Liberty League Championships (2/25
2020-21 Outdoor: Did not appear in any meets during the pandemic-shortened outdoor season.
2019-20 Indoor: Made nine appearances during the indoor season, focusing primarily on the sprints and jumps …  recorded the team’s best high jump mark of the season with a leap of 1.36 meters (4’5.5) at the Pioneer Winter Classic … her best 200 (32.81) and 60 hurdles (11.42) times of the season came in Utica as well … registered a season-best long jump of 3.59 meters (11’9.5) at the Middlebury Invitational (1/24) … tossed the shot put 6.73 meters (22’1) at the Colgate Class of ’32 Invitational (2/15).
High School: A 2019 graduate of Westford Academy ... ran four years of track in addition to two years of soccer and two years of cross country for the Grey Ghosts.
