Union College Athletics

My decision to attend Union College was primarily based on the fact that Union has an excellent Biology Department and provides students with many research opportunities. The location was also a factor as it's not too far away from home.

At Union: Member of the Biology Club, Partners of World Health Club and Planned Parenthood ... also plays club soccer.

2025 Outdoor: Appeared in five events, competing in the shot put and javelin throw … posted a career-best shot put mark of 7.91 meters at the RPI Under the Lights Invite (4/11) … improved her javelin throw in each of the final four events of the season, finishing with a season-best 27.01 meters at the Liberty League Championships (5/2).
 
2024-25 Indoor: Appeared in six events, competing in the weight throw and shot put … set a new career best in the weight throw with a top mark of 8.05 meters at the Pioneer Fast Trax Invite (2/22) … started the season with a season-best shot put of 7.87 meters at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/7).

2024 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets … competed in the shot put and javelin throw … set personal shot put best with 7.51m throw at RPI Capital District Classic (4/26) … set personal best in the javelin twice, recording team’s season best throw at Liberty League Championships (5/3) with a 30.40m toss, good for eighth … scored personal best fourth-place finish in the event at RPI Under the Lights Invitational (4/12) … also qualified for Liberty League Championships in the shot put.

2023-24 Indoor: Appeared in four meets for the Garnet Chargers … competed in the shot put and weight throw … set personal indoor shot put best with a 7.02m throw at Utica Blue and Orange Invite (1/27) … improved personal weight throw standard by almost two and a half meters from first event, registering a 6.95m toss in final event of the season at CNY Valentine Alternative (2/10).

2023 Outdoor: Competed in all six meets this season…Competed in Javelin and Shot Put…Threw a season best 7.34m in shot out at the 2023 RPI Capital District Classic (4/28)…Threw 24.00m in javelin at the 2023 Hamilton College Continental Invitational 4/1).

2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in one meet and clocked a 1:53.89 in the 600m at the Springfield College Home Opener (12/3).

2021-22 Outdoor: Appeared in all six meets for Union…Threw a season best 26.53m in the javelin throw while placing fifth at the Middlebury College Invite (4/23)…Ran a seasons best 2L41.61 in the 800m at the Coast Guard Invite (4/9).

2021-22 Indoor: Appeared in seven meets in the indoor season for Union…Ran a seasons best 1:07.20 in the 400m at the Liberty League Championship (2/25)…Ran a best 600m with a 1:55.51 at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/11).

Prior to Union: A 2021 graduate of Hunter Tannersville Central School ... a four-year member of the soccer and alpine skiing teams for the Wildcats ... named the school's Athlete of the Year in 2020 ... a four-time team Skier of the Year and the 2020 Delaware League and Section IV champion in the giant slalom ... a National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society member.
