Prior to Union

As the Varsity Captain of the Loomis Chaffee School Volleyball Team, Claire was named Most Valuable Player for her senior season...In 2008 and 2009, she helped lead her team to the New England Semi-Finals...She also led Loomis Chaffee to the New England Quarter-Finals in 2010...Claire began the 2008 season as the only starting sophomore on the varsity team and was also named Most Improved Player her junior campaign...She was recognized as a New England All-Star in 2009 and 2010...As a student, Claire was invited to the English Honors and Mathematics Honors...She also was on the Honor Roll all four years of high school, three of which were spent as a triple-sport athlete, playing varsity volleyball, softball and basketball.
