Biography

    
Liz graduated from Old Lyme High School with 12 varsity letters for cross country, indoor track and field, and lacrosse.  In 2003, she earned team MVP and All-Area recognition.  As captain of her team in 2005 Liz earned All-Area and 2nd Team All-State.  At Union Liz is a member of the cross country team and Indoor track team.
