Ashley Martinez returns for her second season as an assistant athletic trainer at Union College in 2025-26.
Martinez gained clinical experience working with several collegiate programs, including Roberts Wesleyan University, University of Rochester (football and men’s basketball), SUNY Brockport (women’s soccer, volleyball and wrestling, men’s and women’s basketball; and men’s lacrosse), and Hudson Valley Community College (men’s and women’s basketball; men’s lacrosse and baseball).
Martinez was an All-American sprinter for Hudson Valley Community College before transferring to SUNY Brockport, from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science in 2022. She earned her master of science in athletic training from Brockport in 2024.
