Union College Athletics

Beth Tiffany returns for her 18th year as a member of the administrative team at Union College in 2025-26. She spent 14 years as the Associate Director of Athletics for External Relations at Union before being named the Senior Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator in July 2022.

In her role at Union, Tiffany oversees marketing and promotions as well as fund development for the Department of Athletics, as well as assisting in the day-to-day operation of the department and supervising several Union sports.

The Seattle native came to Union from the University of New Mexico, where she served in the Lobo Club from 2006-2008. During her time with the Lobos, her duties included directing the athletic department’s Gift in Kind program, managing priority seating for numerous events, and developing relationships with the athletic department for area businesses and vendors.

Prior to her work at New Mexico, Tiffany was a Marketing Coordinator at Yale University from 2005-2006. Tiffany was a governance intern with the NCAA, managing projects that assisted the Management Council as well as the Task Force on Recruiting. She also has served as a panelist at a variety of organization conventions, including NACWAA, FARA, CHAMPS/Lifeskills Continuing Education, and ECAC-SIDA.

She started her career by working as an athletic department intern with the University of Washington and her alma mater, the University of Puget Sound.

A 2003 graduate in communication at Puget Sound, Tiffany also received her Masters in Sport Management at the University of Massachusetts in 2004.
