Christie Garth returns for her second year as the Department of Athletics' administrative coordinator in 2026-27.
In her position, Garth serves the primary contact for game contracts, coordinates transportation, and assists with many day-to-day operations of the department. She also plays a key role in the annual Senior Awards Ceremony and the biennial Athletics Hall of Fame Ceremony.
Garth graduated from Siena College in 2016 with a degree in environmental studies and received her master's of teaching in adolescence education from Clarkson University in 2020.
Originally from Delmar, N.Y., Garth lives in Schenectady with her husband Ben and their dog Noodle. A former college athlete, Garth remains an avid runner and enjoys spending much of her free time outdoors. In addition to competing in local road races, she has run five marathons, including the Boston Marathon in 2022 and 2026.
